New Year, New Mentees: Meet the 2026 Class

Chloe is a proud University of Georgia graduate and Atlanta native. She’s a woman who wears many hats: by day, she serves as the Program Manager of Social Media for Delta Vacations. Beyond her full-time role, she holds several part-time roles that fuel her love for leadership and community. She’s a cheerleading coach at The Stingray Allstars, the female lead for an Atlanta run club, and the co-founder of a faith-and-fitness women’s group. Chloe is also an invested older sister – a title she holds close to her heart. In her free time, she runs marathons and enjoys practicing the art of hosting. Every hat she wears stems from one core desire: to love people well. She leads because she can, and she strives to make every effort to be as impactful as her time, talent, and treasure will allow.

Maddie is an accomplished professional with a background in consulting and internal strategy. Currently, she focuses on sustainability strategy at Kimberly-Clark Professional, where she is responsible for executing the company’s sustainability vision for B2B categories, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive foundational programs and measurable impact. Maddie holds a BBA from Emory University and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she served on the board of Women in Business, demonstrating her commitment to empowering women. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she lives in Roswell with her husband and their two rescue dogs. A lifelong animal lover, she volunteers with Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta, where she combines her passion for animals and photography to capture portraits of adoptable dogs, helping them find forever homes. Her blend of strategic insight, community engagement, and creative entrepreneurship highlights an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.

Sabrina graduated from Missouri State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Philosophy, where she developed a strong foundation in critical thinking and ethical reasoning. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School in 2022, where she received a certificate in Sports and Entertainment Law, solidifying her focus on the intersection of law, business, and the sports industry. Following her studies, she worked as in house counsel for a commercial real estate firm and a trust and estates firm, building a well-rounded legal background. Driven by a passion to help athletes navigate the legal and financial complexities of professional sports, Sabrina founded First Edition, a sports and entertainment agency. As the owner, operator, and agent, she provides clients with strategic guidance in third-party endorsement and branding deals as well as direct NIL contracts with various universities. Now, she combines her aptitude in Sports and her legal acumen in estate planning and business entity growth to help athletes build and preserve long-term careers and wealth. With a unique blend of legal expertise and industry insight, Sabrina is committed to empowering athletes and entertainers to make informed decisions, protect their legacies, and thrive in every stage of their careers.

Kristen spends her days helping students find their path, build confidence, and reach the big goals they sometimes don’t even know they can achieve. She loves supporting students as they explore internships, research, and graduate school plans, and she’s excited to start graduate school soon to study public administration. Outside of work, she is a wife and a mom to a sweet and sassy 9-year-old daughter and two very spoiled dogs, Peach and Boba. Being a good example for her daughter is a huge part of why she pushes herself to grow and step into new opportunities like joining The Women’s Collective. Kristen is excited to learn from other women, build connections, and someday be the kind of mentor who helps lift young women up the way so many have done for her.

Addison is passionate about how her work in data and technology can create more meaningful customer experiences. Her role centers around personalization and loyalty, specifically on finding new ways to make every interaction feel more rewarding and seamless. She started her career in mechanical engineering as a Business Engineer with a focus on HVAC and refrigeration systems. After a few years, she pivoted to IT/marketing and was thrilled to find a space where she could bring creativity and grow her problem solving skills in the workplace. For her, growth comes from staying curious, collaborating across teams, and learning from others.

Donna serves a dual role in the tax department at Frazier & Deeter. As the Resource Manager, she oversees tax-related resources (personnel) and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance across the firm. She is also a Client Service Supervisor, focusing on delivering planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and their related entities. With many years of experience in the public accounting industry, Donna brings deep expertise in tax compliance, operations, workflow optimization, and client service excellence. Throughout her career, Donna has supported complex tax engagements and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Her commitment to continuous client service, improvement and knowledge sharing has made her a trusted resource for both colleagues and clients. Donna graduated from the University of South Carolina, where she obtained two degrees, one in finance and one in accounting. She met her husband, Brendan, there and they have been married for nineteen years. Outside of work, Donna enjoys vacationing with Brendan and spending time with her loved ones and two fur babies, Abby, and Max.

Devon has 10+ years of experience in the Commercial Banking industry. In her role, she specializes in monitoring financial performance and key trends across diverse commercial client portfolios, assessing credit risk, and ensuring loans align with both regulatory standards and the bank’s internal policies. Devon leads the bank’s Portfolio Management team, focusing on strong credit oversight, portfolio strategy, and a balanced, client-centric approach to risk.

Miranda is a commercial transactions attorney with BakerHostetler and has been with the firm for over 7 years. She works with national homebuilders, retail and restaurant chains, as well as private equity companies, physician groups, and hospital systems. She serves on the advisory board of FurKids and provides pro bono real estate legal services to them on an ongoing basis.

Emily serves as the Director of Student and New Alumni Engagement at the Georgia Tech Alumni Association. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for the Association’s three student organizations and directs initiatives designed to strengthen engagement among recent graduates. Emily also advises the GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Advisory Council and oversees the Georgia Tech 40 Under 40 Program, fostering meaningful connections between students and alumni. She is dedicated to empowering students and strengthening alumni engagement, a commitment recognized when she received the 2020 CASE ASAP Outstanding Advisor of the Year award. Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in German and English from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2016 and a Master of Education from Marquette University in 2018. Originally from northern Wisconsin, she now resides in Roswell, Georgia with her family. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Emily enjoys hiking and being outdoors, exploring new culinary experiences, supporting college athletics, and traveling both domestically and internationally.

Maia is a self-proclaimed Jill of all trades with a background in marketing, communications, and creative strategy. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and her master’s degree from Florida State University, building a foundation that blends psychology, brand development, and storytelling. Her career spans marketing, alumni engagement and experiential programming, where she’s known for bringing analytical thinking, creativity and human connection to every project. Outside of work, she’s usually at a concert, binge-watching a show, hiking a new trail, traveling, or spending time with the people she loves most.

Emma is the Founder and CEO of Major Traveler, a boutique luxury travel agency based in Atlanta specializing in bespoke, detail-driven itineraries around the world. Since launching the company, Emma has grown Major Traveler to nearly $15 million in annual revenue while building a reputation for thoughtful design, exceptional service, and global partnerships through Virtuoso and beyond. Emma’s work reflects her belief that luxury is in the details and sh continues to inspire clients and peers alike through her leadership, creativity, and commitment to elevating the travel experience.

Alesia is a marketing professional with experience in social media strategy, content creation, project management, and creative copywriting. She’s passionate about building engaging digital experiences and helping brands connect with their audiences. Alesia currently serves as the Marketing and Communications Specialist for Kennesaw State University’s Journey Honors College, where she leads strategic storytelling and digital engagement efforts.

Elene graduated with a STEM MBA degree from SC Johnson College of Business, Cornell University, in May 2025. After completing her degree, she joined BlackRock as an Analyst on the Treasury Accounting team. Her background spans corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, and assurance. She’s excited to be part of the TWC Emerging Leaders Class of 2026, and is looking forward to building meaningful connections, growing as a future leader, and contributing positively to the community!

Diana is a CPA with over ten years of experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting. She has worked across major public companies, including UPS, Invesco, Norfolk Southern, and BorgWarner, where she’s led system improvements, supported C-suite reporting, and strengthened financial processes. Originally from Colombia, Diana is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys giving back through volunteer work.

Kylie is a senior manager on the finance team at CRH PLC, where she oversees technical accounting for the Americas business. She partners with platform and divisional leaders to deliver actionable financial insights, consult on acquisitions and divestments, and author technical guidance for the growing business. With seven years of experience in technical accounting, she has built a reputation for bridging operations and finance, mentoring new professionals, and championing transparency in financial reporting. Her career journey includes roles as a consultant in Grant Thornton’s strategic federal tax services group, and in corporate technical accounting at Novelis Aluminum and Fox Factory. In these roles, she developed expertise in external reporting, internal controls, and driving cross-functional collaboration across businesses, departments, and geographies. As a new mom, Kylie is thrilled to join the Women’s Collective Emerging Leaders program for 2026. She looks forward to deepening her leadership skillset, expanding her network of peers and mentors, and contributing meaningfully to the community of emerging and established women leaders. Outside of work, Kylie lives in Roswell with her husband, Vivek, her new daughter, and her cat. She volunteers at Zoo Atlanta as a docent volunteer on the weekends, and enjoys walks with her family at the Roswell riverwalk.

Carol Anne oversees departmental operations, resource planning, workflow strategy, and M&A integration efforts, among other things, across a rapidly growing multi-office practice. Carol Anne is an active member of the AICPA and GSCPA and is known for her ability to bring people together, build efficient systems, and create a supportive, high-performing environment. Before joining FD, Carol Anne studied at the University of Georgia and received degrees in Accounting and Marketing, as well as certificates in Music Business and Leadership Advancement. During her studies, she also served as a public relations representative for the Georgia Watermelon Association.

Mary Jane works on various clients throughout Atlanta, in addition to being an active member in EY’s Faculty Network and a University of Alabama Recruiting Lead. When she’s not working, she loves to travel, needlepoint, tries to keep up with her book club readings, and hangs out with her pug, Sassy.
