- Has worked in her industry for 12+ years
- Recommendation from another member
- Serves as a catalyst to advance and support women
- Professional accomplishments that recognize women as a high achiever within her industry, company and /or community
- Demonstration of active service and commitment to women, their profession, and community (i.e. volunteerism, board membership, etc.)
- Identifies with TWC’s mission and has a passion for mentoring other women and being a part of an organization where women connect
