Hayley Corbitt
Director of Policy, Office of the Senate President Pro Tempore
Hayley has a passion for public policy, and has worked in governmental and external affairs for 15 years. She recently started a new role as Director of Policy for the highest ranking member in the Georgia Senate, President Larry Walker, III. In this capacity, she crafts legislation, testifies before legislative committees, and advises on the state’s $38 billion budget. She lives in Decatur with her husband, toddler, and rescue rabbit.
Carrie Dullye
Managing Director, Grant Thornton
Carrie is involved with Grant Thornton’s valuation practice and serves as the Atlanta valuation practice leader, with responsibility for leading and coordinating teams in Washington, DC, and Philadelphia. She has nearly 15 years of experience at Grant Thornton advising clients on complex valuation matters across financial reporting, tax planning, strategic decision making, and transaction execution.
Caroline McInerney
Founder & CEO, HWM Wealth
HWM Wealth is an independent advisory firm based in Atlanta. Caroline has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and wealth management and works with business owners and professionals on long-term wealth planning. She is a CFP® professional, Certified Business Exit Consultant (CBEC®), and the author of The Owner’s Dividend.
Lindsi Pearson
Chief Development Officer, Make-A-Wish Georgia
Lindsi joined Make-A-Wish Georgia (MAWGA) ten years ago and was instrumental in setting the strategic direction of the development efforts at the chapter. In her time at MAWGA, the organization has grown in revenue by 100% from $3.5M to $7.5M in FY25. Prior to this, she had a nine-year career with the American Cancer Society (ACS) where she spent five years focusing on peer-to-peer fundraising, serving as an Area Executive Director in Northwest Georgia, and then setting the strategic direction for Georgia and South Carolina as the Senior Director of Community Engagement. Lindsi is an honors graduate from The University of Georgia, with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Political Science. She resides in Cobb County with her husband and their two boys.
Chen-Hui Spicer

With over 20 years of experience in local, national, and global projects, Chen-Hui has a diverse portfolio spanning multiple design sectors; office has been her main focus the majority of her career. Her unique ability to infuse culture into every space while staying true to her clients’ visions sets her apart. She is also passionate about engaging with the corporate real estate and design community, where she shares insights and builds connections that inspire innovative design solutions. Chen-Hui now considers herself an Atlanta native, with 12 years in the market during her second tour, following experience across international markets, including DC, where she gained insight into the evolution of office sectors.
Ariel Weiss

Ariel partners with leadership to drive the firm’s most important strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across teams. She focuses on turning big-picture priorities into clear, executable plans, helping the organization operate with greater clarity, accountability, and impact. Originally from Atlanta, Ariel earned her degree in English from Georgia State University.
Kerry Wenzel

Kerry is a Partner in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice at Alston & Bird. Her practice focuses on executive compensation and corporate governance aspects of public company disclosure and general executive compensation advice for both public and private companies. Her client base is comprised of companies of private and public companies of varying sizes, market capitalizations and industries, giving her a wide breadth of expertise.
Sue Wiggins

Sue has over 20 years of experience in law firm management, including organizational development, financial management and planning, strategic planning, and overseeing all aspects of human resources functions and information technology. She received her B.A. in History from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN.
