Susan Bonds-McCulloch, President, Dress for Success Atlanta
After a 20+ year career as an Employee Benefits Broker, Susan left to run Dress for Success Atlanta. Her heart has always felt the most useful when helping someone else.
Lauren Davin, Vice President of Treasury Strategy, UPS
Lauren is responsible for Capital Markets, Treasury Accounting, Treasury Technology, Shareholder Services, Bank Relationships, Retirement Oversight, and Strategic Projects including customer pay strategy. Prior to taking on these responsibilities, Lauren held several accounting & finance positions within UPS. She started her career at PwC in 2010 as a CPA. She lives with her husband and two young daughters in Dunwoody.
Courtney Fell, Wealth and Estate Planning Strategist, Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management
Courtney was a practicing tax, trusts and estates attorney for almost 20 years before joining Morgan Stanley over 7 years ago. She now leads the east coast team of strategists and covers PWM in the Southeast as an Executive Director.
Susanne Hodges, SVP, LocumTenens.com (a Jackson Healthcare company)
Susanne previously spent her career in strategy consulting and financial services. She is a versatile business leader with diverse background in product strategy, customer experience, management consulting, and financial analysis. Active in the Atlanta community, she has previously served on the Orange Duffel Bag non-profit board and currently on the Atlanta Zoo Leadership Board. In addition, she is involved with her alma maters, Georgia Tech and UNC Chapel Hill.
Angie Kolar, Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer, Norfolk Southern
Prior to joining Norfolk Southern, Angie spent 20 years with Colonial Pipeline Company in progressive operations leadership positions, most recently serving as their SVP Operations, EHS, and Compliance. Angie has led several industry committees and enjoys the opportunity to engage with regulators and industry to progress safety related initiatives. Outside of the office, Angie serves on the Board of Directors and Governance Committee for HOPE Atlanta, a non-profit supporting the homeless journey from survival to self-sufficiency. Angie recently joined the Board of Directors of OnBoard, an organization dedicated to advancing the number of women serving on corporate Boards. In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time camping in the mountains with her husband and traveling with her two daughters.
Lisa Maguire, CPA, Managing Director, NewFields
Lisa has a wide range of experience across various accounting and finance functions: ‘big picture – strategic’ down to the key technical details. She has directed teams, built credible relationships, and produced valuable results in public accounting (KPMG), public (Southern Company and Healthcare.com) and private corporations (NewFields, Air2Web), and professional services (Protiviti). Her previous roles include leading and producing quality results in the areas of auditing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting and tax research, internal controls / SOX, corporate tax, and company-wide accounting rules and systems implementations.
Cherise Mlott, Director Global Workplace Services Strategy & Portfolio Management, AT&T
Cherise has an extensive background in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Corporate Real Estate, Non-Profits, and Philanthropy. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she began career at UPS, earned her MBA from Georgia State, and has worked with AT&T for the past twenty-six years. Cherise is active in the community, serving on various boards including CoreNet Atlanta Chapter board, the State Rehabilitation Council, the Atlanta Athletic Club board, the Special Olympics Honorary board, and the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy board. A native to Atlanta, Cherise enjoys pickleball, tennis, golf, traveling, reading, gardening, and volunteering at Buckhead Church.
Valerie Nichols, Director of Investments, Smith & Howard Wealth Management
Valerie is an Atlanta native who graduated from GSU with a BBA in Finance. After working for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta for several years, she completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification and joined the Private Wealth Division of SunTrust (now Truist) as a Portfolio Manager. In 2016, she accepted a position with Smith + Howard Wealth Management and enjoys being a member of the Investment Policy Committee while also managing client relationships.
Jill Robinson, EVP, CFO, Atlanta Braves
Jill is in her 7th season with the Braves after joining the organization in April 2018 as chief financial officer and executive vice president. In her role, Jill oversees the accounting and finance operations, including the Braves’ financial interests in the Atlanta Braves baseball team, The Battery Atlanta, and the Atlanta Braves Foundation. Prior to joining the Braves, she worked for McKesson Corporation for 16 years in both San Francisco and Atlanta, serving in a variety of roles for the Fortune 50 company. At the time of her departure, Jill was the chief financial officer and senior vice president for McKesson Technology Solutions. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in accountancy in 1992. She currently serves as the Treasurer for the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is the Secretary of the Board of Directors of ArtsNow. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Atlanta CFO Forum, and in 2021, was recognized by the CFO Forum as Atlanta’s Preeminent CFO. Jill lives in Johns Creek with her husband, Rob, and their two children, Chloe, and Tyler.
Ashoo Sharma, Chief Legal Counsel, HomeServices of America (a Berkshire Hathaway company)
As chief legal counsel for four real estate brokerages across Georgia and Alabama, Ashoo oversees all legal and compliance matters. She is a part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for DEI goals, which earned her the Diversity Champion award from Fulton County Daily Report and Atlanta Business Chronicle. In addition, she was also recognized for her professional excellence and industry impact with several awards, including: 2024 RISMedia Newsmakers “Crusader” award, “Georgia Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers, “GC Impact Award” by Fulton County Daily Report, Top 50 Corporate Counsel by OnConferences, and the GC Powerlist Atlanta award by The Legal 500. Ashoo serves on Georgia’s Association of Corporate Counsel Board, was a member of Georgia’s 2024 prestigious Leadership of Atlanta Class, and the Governor appointed her to Georgia Equal Opportunity Commission’s Advisory Board to help safeguard Georgians from housing discrimination. Ashoo is often asked to speak on panels regarding industry best practices.
LaTanya Simmons, VP, National Sports Practice Director and Private Risk Advisor, Aon Private Risk Management
LaTanya works with family offices, executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, and entertainers to protect their wealth through comprehensive property and casualty risk management by serving as a trusted advisor. She is also a leader in her industry as she serves as the Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee of the Private Risk Management Association. Locally, she is a member of the United Way as well as Jack and Jill of America, Inc. An Atlanta native, LaTanya resides in Stone Mountain with her husband of 25 years and is the mother of an adult son, adult daughter, and 14 year old twin daughters.
