Katie Deutschler
Assurance Partner, Moore Colson
Katie spent most of her career in public accounting (Deloitte) with a short time in Industry (Coca-Cola) within their SEC reporting/Consolidations group under the Controller. She is now an Audit partner at Moore Colson serving middle-market private companies primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Before then she had extensive experience leading public and large private company audits and has in-depth knowledge of complex technical accounting and internal controls. She graduated from GaTech and has her CPA. She lives on a 13-acre farm in Suwanee with her husband and 3 kids (and some animals!)
Kristi Farley
Region Real Estate Leader, EY
Kristi is a nationally-known corporate real estate executive and workplace strategist with over 25 years of experience in the interior architectural and workplace strategies field. One of Kristi’s former clients is a Big Four accounting firm for whom she developed the hoteling strategy in the United States. Over the course of her career, she has developed innovative workplace solutions and designs for a cross section of companies including Fortune 100’s and transacted numerous deals across the country.
Kristi’s expertise ranges from strategic planning and programming, workplace analysis and design, negotiations and transactions and project management and has played a key role in business development at several firms. She has led large teams and provided strategic consulting, design and workplace services to a variety of clients in the high-tech industry, financial services, and corporate sectors. She was also a designer, strategist and associate of a major international interior design firm and is currently a licensed broker now working for EY in their Global Portfolio team managing multiple regions across the US and the Islands.
Tracey Klein
Founder, Klein Consulting
Tracey Klein is a Workforce Solutions Strategist with over 30 years in the Human Capital Industry. She is widely recognized for her expertise in executive leadership, business transformation, P&L/forecasting, change management, and industry innovation.
Most recently, Tracey served as President of Synergis, a privately held national IT & Creative staffing firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Under her leadership, with a strong focus on growth strategy and future planning, the firm experienced exponential revenue growth, organizational transformation across departments and enhanced employee engagement through diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Tracey has both received and contributed to numerous industry awards over the years. She is a two-time recipient of recognition from Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), most recently named to the 2024 Staffing 100 North America list, and previously to the SIA Global Power 100 Women in Staffing. In 2024, under Tracey’s leadership Synergis was recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Companies and Best Places to Work by SIA, among other national and local awards.
Amy Lambert
CFO, SteelSky Ventures
Amy is an experienced finance executive and Chartered Financial Analyst with expertise in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, capital raising, valuation and as CFO for PE and VC-backed companies. Her broad experience spans many product areas and sectors including healthcare, technology, telecom, consumer (retail, restaurants and consumer products, software, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing & distribution and various other sectors. Having worked in various segments of financial services, Amy brings her unique perspective from PE and venture-backed organizations to merchant banking and family office environments to assist growth-oriented companies with maximizing shareholder value.
SteelSky Ventures is an emerging venture capital fund investing across women’s healthcare. Amy has extensive experience working with companies from very early-stage to public company with a specific expertise in the middle market.
Roxanne Porch
SVP, Finance, Atlanta Braves
Roxanne is in her seventh season at the Braves after joining the organization in June of 2018. In her role, Roxanne supports Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc., which consists of the Atlanta Braves Baseball team and the mixed-use development around the stadium known as The Battery Atlanta. She oversees traditional corporate FP&A activity for the organization, including such activities as the annual budget process, strategic planning, management reporting, and business decision support. Roxanne manages a team of five and reports to the CFO of the organization.
Roxanne served as President of the Braves Women in Baseball Employee Resource Group from January 2022 – December of 2023 and was an active member of the Parental Leave Working Group that implemented new enhanced maternity, paternity, and familial benefits in 2021. She is a licensed CPA and holds her BBA, MBA, and MPH from Emory University in Atlanta. In her free time, Roxanne loves to work out and spend time with her family, husband Jay, and children Riley (7) and Collier (3).
