Alexis is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between alumni and their alma mater. With a passion for higher education and alumni relations, she strives to create an inclusive and dynamic alumni network that enhances the sense of community and strengthens lifelong ties to Emory Law.
A proud graduate of Georgia Southern University and Auburn University, Alexis brings a deep understanding of the value of higher education and the lasting impact it has on individuals and communities. Her professional journey is grounded in the belief that alumni should feel engaged and valued throughout their careers, and she works tirelessly to create programs and initiatives that support this mission.
Outside of her professional life, Alexis recently married her college sweetheart, and together they enjoy exploring new places and celebrating life’s milestones. Alexis is committed to both her career in alumni engagement and her personal life, where she continues to build meaningful relationships and contribute to the success of others.
Laura Emerson

Laura graduated from the University of Georgia’s MBA program this past Spring where she concentrated in Strategy, Social Innovations and Marketing. Prior to earning her MBA she spent 10 years in retail, working her way up from managing the sales floor at her local Banana Republic, to the corporate level, where she was a buyer of Women’s Apparel and Home & Gift products. She spent time designing, developing, and buying products for retailers like Anthropologie, Forever 21, Ross and Backcountry. In addition, she did factory sourcing, cost negotiations, and shipping and freight logistics.
Laura has spent most of her time working in Philadelphia and Los Angeles, but relocated to Georgia to pursue her MBA, thanks to a generous scholarship. Post-MBA she’s thrilled to begin her career with AlixPartners, a boutique turnaround and restructuring firm. She relocated from Athens to Atlanta this past August, and is loving life in the city with her husband and dog, Rooster! (Please send restaurant recs and favorite things to do in the city – I’ve got a growing list!) She’s thrilled to be a part of The Women’s Collective Emerging Leaders program and cannot wait to learn from the mentors.

Sierra is originally from Asheville, NC, and is a proud graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, where she double-majored in Public Relations and Political Science. Her career in marketing began at the Asheville Regional Airport, and now she is in Atlanta, where she held insights roles at Newell Brands and now at Coca-Cola as a Human Insights Manager.
Outside of work, she’s pursuing her MBA part-time at the University of Georgia. When not studying or working, she can often be found hiking with her two dogs, Scout and Schuyler, or traveling with her husband, Dan. Whether it’s exploring new places or staying active in nature, she loves balancing her career with adventures close to home and beyond.

Ashleigh is an associate on the Intellectual Property Litigation Group – Trademark & Copyright Team at Alston & Bird. Before joining the law firm, Ashleigh worked as an events and marketing manager for Susan G. Komen Greater Atlanta where she oversaw and executed a multitude of fundraising events, managed educational and mission programs, and created digital content and email marketing campaigns.
Ashleigh received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law where she was the associate managing editor of the South Carolina Law Review and a member of the Black Law Student Association. She was also a participant in the Konduros Leadership Development Program. She received her B.A. in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.

Madison specializes in providing financial statement audits of family enterprises, private equity owned companies, and U.S. subsidiaries of foreign-owned businesses across various industries. She grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and attended the University of Alabama where she graduated with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in accounting. Upon graduation, Madison moved to Atlanta where she has enjoyed starting her professional career. Outside of her role in auditing, Madison enjoys exploring new destinations and cultures through her passion for traveling. She is also an avid outdoor enthusiast and often spends the weekends walking on the Beltline, playing tennis, or playing golf.

Outside the office, you can find her at her son’s basketball game, exploring the newest vegan restaurants around Atlanta, or travelling any and everywhere.

Hannah is an Atlanta native but has moved around for school and work over the last 7 years and is happy to be back in Atlanta and hopes to further her career here. She began her career in healthcare as a pediatric ICU nurse until she found herself with an opportunity to pursue a career in sales and business development (her true passion – connecting and helping people). Hannah has sold medical devices, C-Suite leadership development program sponsorships, and now works for the largest privately traded construction company in the southeast selling and renting heavy equipment to job sites across the country. She is a right brained “glass half full” creative thinker with a love for detail, maximizing potential in others, and enjoying a healthy work life balance. Her community, family, faith and fitness goals are a very important part of her daily routine. Outside of work Hannah enjoys hosting friends for dinner, running half marathons, singing at church or in a local dive bar and sipping a cup of coffee x2 a day. She is thankful for a job and company that gives her margin to develop herself both inside and outside of work and she looks forward to seeing how TWC will add to this in 2025!

At CRI, Allie focuses on commercial and non-profit clients. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and having any excuse to add another stamp to her passport. She enjoys reading and loves scrolling through Goodreads to see what all of her friends are reading and recommending. Allie has a side hustle bakery and likes letting her creativity flow in decorating cookies for all different occasions. She’s also really involved at her church and leads her small group each week. As a native of the Auburn/Opelika, Alabama area and an Auburn graduate, most weekends in the fall you can find her tailgating on campus with friends and family, and inside Jordan Hare stadium cheering on the Tigers.

Tabitha is a leadership advisor based in Atlanta, GA, where she lives with her husband and three-year-old son. With roots in Austin, TX, she launched her career at Ernst & Young, later joining Gates Manufacturing Company in Denver, CO, where she contributed to their successful IPO. Tabitha then moved to New York City to work at The Siegfried Group, ultimately transitioning from an accounting and finance consultant to an Associate Director focused on business development.
In her role at Siegfried, Tabitha is dedicated to helping leaders achieve clarity and focus on their core goals and priorities. She emphasizes the importance of understanding What, Why, How, Where, When, how Often, and Whom to involve in achieving organizational success. By helping leaders simplify and prioritize, she enhances their ability to execute with focus, innovation, and clear communication.
Tabitha plays a vital role in Siegfried’s Atlanta market, where she identifies and addresses client resource needs by connecting them with top-tier accounting professionals. Tabitha ensures that Siegfried’s professionals not only have the expertise but also embody the values of humility, flexibility, ambition, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Tabitha is deeply committed to community engagement. She serves as VP Internal Operations Elect for the Junior League, is a board member for Ellevate and Next OnBoard, and is a Young Professional Leadership Council member for CURE, a nonprofit dedicated to finding a cure for childhood cancer.
In her spare time, Tabitha enjoys dancing and making memories with friends and family.

Samantha Rotunno

Samantha is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, where she majored in English and minored in Marketing. She started her career in fundraising and non-profit development at Advocates for Children based in North West Georgia. She currently works at Kennesaw State University as the Director of Development for the Keeping Sights Upward Journey Honors College. In this role, she is able to give back to the university that gave so much to her. She has two cats, Appa and Momo, and enjoys reading, knitting, and playing games with her wonderful husband in her free time.

Rosemary has worked in various roles within Building Products at Georgia Pacific, most recently as the Customer Experience Manager, supporting the Lumber division. She is currently pivoting into the Consumer Products side of the business as a National Account Manager, supporting the food service industry. She received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University (War Eagle!) and her MBA from American University.

Ashley has become an integral member of the executive team managing the coordination and communication of enterprise-wide strategic, policy and organizational issues. Ashley’s responsibilities include supporting new business development, organizing, and tracking key enterprise management metrics, managing the development of HARDY’s organizational design and refinements.
Ashley’s hospitality career began six years ago in Hotel Operations for the DoubleTree at SeaWorld in Orlando, FL. Following her passion, she moved on to Project Management & Development, joining the ownership team to oversee renovations and development of their hotel portfolio. Ashley graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology, focusing on Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Megan-Eileen manages Minute Maid’s Carton Fruit Drinks & Ades business in North America and began her journey at Coca-Cola as an MBA Intern on the juice team in the summer of 2022. Before joining Coca-Cola, she spent four years as an economic development specialist in rural Peru as a volunteer with the United States Peace Corps. She also worked in marketing for a corporate law firm in Winston-Salem, NC, and in technical recruiting for Harvey Nash in Chicago, IL.
Megan-Eileen graduated from High Point University with a degree in Business Administration and earned her MBA with a focus on marketing and strategy from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Outside of work, she loves cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her friends, family, husband and their goldendoodle, Pisco. She enjoys exploring local shops, parks, and restaurants and is passionate about home decor and interiors, often scouting new pieces and attending art shows.
