The TWC Emerging Leaders Program is designed for high-potential women who are 6–12 years into their careers and are committed to growing as future leaders. Through a one-on-one mentoring relationship, mentees receive guidance, practical leadership insights, and support in navigating career growth, professional opportunities, and future leadership paths.
A core principle of the program is mentee ownership. The experience is intentionally mentee-driven, empowering participants to take an active role in setting goals, driving conversations, and maximizing their learning throughout the year.
The program is a 12-month commitment for a cohort of 15–20 women who demonstrate a passion for excellence, continuous growth, and leadership development. A diverse class of mentees is selected based on professional experience, industry, background, and leadership potential.
Throughout the 12-month program, The Women’s Collective provides the following:
-
- Quarterly leadership development programming
-
- Each mentee is paired with a senior level mentor who provides guidance, support and advice monthly throughout the 12‐month program.
-
- Mentees are invited and encouraged to attend annual TWC events at no cost.

Define It
Mentor leadership is the creation of a personal and professional development relationship between a leader, or mentor, and a person in the organization that demonstrates leadership potential. Mentoring is the act of sharing relevant insight and wisdom that accelerates the mentee’s personal and professional development.

Develop It
A mentor can help you develop important professional connections, expand your network personally and expose you to new opportunities professionally.

Be Dedicated to It
Sometimes it seems hard to get a mentor leadership program off the ground. It is ideal if your organization creates a clear strategy for mentor leadership opportunities. A thoughtful framework helps determine the guiding principles, clarifies reasons for the program, helps define the objectives, and creates a plan for implementation.
TWC Associate Members
A critical pillar of The Women’s Collective is creating meaningful connections with other strong and effective women leaders. Mentees who graduate from the TWC Emerging Leaders program become Associate Members. Associate Members will continue to grow their connections with our senior level and C-suite members while participating in programs that will benefit and further develop them as women leaders.
